tb 0475b79758 zsh: Matthew Martin takes maintainer, ok sthen 
It's been many years since the former maintainer gave an ok for this port
or even touched it. Matthew has been maintaining this shell for well over
a decade, so this change simply reflects reality.

rsadowski e8035d4760 Update CMake to 4.1.2 
Major update from 3.31.8 to 4.1.2.

CMake 4.0 introduces a breaking change: compatibility with versions older than
3.5 has been removed. Projects calling cmake_minimum_required() or
cmake_policy() with versions < 3.5 now error out.

To maintain compatibility with existing ports during the transition, the cmake
module now provides MODCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_OVERRIDE (idea from sthen@)
support:

- MODCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_OVERRIDE ?= No
- MODCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_OVERRIDE_VER ?= 3.5

When MODCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_OVERRIDE is set to "yes", CMake is instructed to
accept policy versions down to the specified minimum (default 3.5) via
-DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM. This allows older ports to build while
acknowledging they may use deprecated features.

tricky for others to work on the ports tree, this will also bring more

while here, disable plugin support. It has been failing tests since ever,
and doesn't appear to have a practical use on OpenBSD at this point.

pascal 3404c1b685 Split ksh93 into -main and -libshell subpackages. 
The ksh93 binary in the -main package has libshell etc. linked in statically,
while -libshell provides the libraries and corresponding headers.

This is done mainly to prevent a problem in bulk builds because of libshell's
@conflict with devel/libast, where x11/cde will depend on ksh93, and eterm
depends on devel/libast.  It also makes the package a bit slimmer for people
who don't need libshell.

naddy e4f8372193 shells/bash: distfile has been re-rolled with corrected timestamps 
Remove build dependency on gettext,-tools again.  msgfmt is no
longer needed.
