Not used in ports since 2013 according to sthen, people have had plenty
of time to convert their databases. Keeping this port can mislead
people into using/referencing the wrong sqlite version.

versions 7.4/8.0. some are removed completely as they only support php<=7.4.
(those versions of php will be removed fairly soon too; there are a couple
of ports left to clean up first)
the former has frequently been in the way of postgresql upgrades, and
latest version parses /proc/{cpu,mem}info. It's time to give up, FreeBSD
dropped the port in 2018.
the latter depends on the former, and is an old php codebase which we
aren't fully sure works with recent php, so is in the way of dropping
old phps.
format string problems (long/int, format string not string literal, more
% conversions than data arguments, ...) - fails with llvm 16 - apart from
us, only pkgsrc packages this. doesn't seem likely to have been used
much if at all since jcs dropped maintainer in 2006.

For devel/ruby-sorted_set and graphics/ruby-rqrcode-core, do not do FLAVORed
builds by default, as these are pure ruby libraries with no native component.
it was integrated into python core as the "sqlite3" module; nmap's zenmap
subpackage listed a dependency, but didn't really use this
(the module is confusingly named; it is for sqlite3 not sqlite2!)
