Make this work with gcc15
...
Remove base-gcc from COMPILER, replace the CXXFLAGS_base-clang with
CXXFLAGS so that the right -std=c++XY is passed to the compiler since
in most cases the c++ needs to be downgraded to make the code compile.

jlint: avoid name collision with drem(3)

Newer libcxx pulls in math.h, causing a name collision. Following FreeBSD
move the local symbol to Jdrem. Either this works or no one is using this
port, probably both.
