includes https://github.com/matrix-org/purple-matrix/pull/117,
allowing one using an irssi-bitlbee-libpurple-matrix contraption
to see http links inside the markdown by doing 'account X set
prefer_markdown true' in the control channel of the bitlbee daemon.
