To enable the ap2-mod_dnssd module, the following lines need to be added
to ${SYSCONFDIR}/apache2/httpd2.conf:
    DNSSDEnable on
    LoadModule dnssd_module ${PREFIX}/lib/apache2/dnssd_module.so

Then httpd2(8) must be restarted.
