- Don't use quirks_* functions in libinput_openbsd.c
- Implement stubs for the remaining missing interfaces
- Run clang-format over libinput_openbsd.c and minimize the diff
  to libinput.c
- Replace our axis_notify_event() by the standard
  pointer_notify_axis_wheel()
- Slow down touchpad scrolling via the v120 Wheel API
