sthen f701b9c497 update to go-tools-0.30.0 ...

- don't try to evaluate every tool in DESCR, just show some common
ones and update HOMEPAGE to a url showing the various commands.

- just build everything rather than list each command individually,
there doesn't seem much point in restricting them (if we want to
avoid packaging certain tools, it's lower maintenance to use @comment
in the plist rather than trying to keep this up to date)
