will be possible starting from 136, thanks to a 5-year old patch
originating from gentoo, beaten into shape by yours truly and finally
upstreamed in #1559213.

not enabled by default, MOZILLA_USE_SYSTEM_AV1 needs to be set.

one hurdle less on the way to drop USE_NOBTCFI/USE_NOEXECONLY for arm64,
support needs to be added in the JIT engine now.
