op c4d009961c update graphics/imlib2 to 1.12.0 ...

Important additions since 1.11.0 were the addition of two new
loaders: y4m and raw.

Patch one Makefile.am to get a correct ordering of the -I flags
(patch upstreamed, will be dropped on next release.)  Have to
temporarly use CONFIGURE_STYLE=autoreconf though.

Major bump due to the loader interface changes.

I'm taking maintainership of this.
