bentley f9df511446 Update SITES and HOMEPAGE. ...

Drop the ftp mirror from SITES as it no longer accepts connections.

Update HOMEPAGE to the new landing page, putty.software. The previous
homepage (https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/) confirms
it is run by Simon Tatham and is intended to be the new homepage.
