light-weight brokerless messaging library

Description:
NNG, like its predecessors nanomsg (and to some extent ZeroMQ), is a
lightweight, broker-less library, offering a simple API to solve common
recurring messaging problems, such as publish/subscribe, RPC-style
request/reply, or service discovery.
