Bundles the CDDL licensed os-tests source of illumos-gate for use in regression testing. Thanks to Ricardo Branco for ensuring that other OS fix the broken POSIX semantics (or land the feature without them) and for providing the patches to make the oclo tests compile and pass once guenther's close-on-fork diff lands in base.
